Failed Videos
If a video fails to generate, its credit is returned to your account automatically.
Unused Packs
Credits are valid for 30 days after purchase. If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Used Credits
Credits that have been used to make a video are not refunded. If you are unhappy with a result, email us and we will look at it case by case.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@aitinydesk.work with the email address on your account and the date of purchase. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
