Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tiny Desk AI (the "service"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service
Tiny Desk AI is an online AI video tool. You upload photos and receive a short AI-generated desk concert video, delivered digitally to your account.
AI results vary from video to video, and we do not guarantee how closely a video resembles the people in your photos.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Your Photos
By uploading, you confirm that you appear in the photos or that every person shown is an adult who gave permission, that no minors appear in the photos, and that you have the right to use the photos.
You may not upload photos of public figures, celebrities, athletes, politicians, or any person who has not agreed to be in the video. You may not upload photos of anyone under 18.
You retain your rights in the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them only to provide the service to you.
How You May Use Your Videos
Videos are for personal, non-commercial use. Label videos as AI-generated when you share them.
You may not use the service or your videos for:
- Nudity, sexual or sexually suggestive content
- Impersonation, deception or misleading others, including making people believe a video is a real recording
- Harassment or defamation
- Advertising or commercial endorsements

Music
Videos include original music generated for each video. They do not include any existing recording. If you add music on a social platform, you are responsible for following that platform's music license terms.
Credits and Payments
Credits are sold as one-time purchases. There is no subscription. Credits are valid for 30 days after purchase, and unused credits expire after that. If a video fails to generate, its credit is returned to your account automatically. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
Takedown Requests
If you believe a video uses your likeness or your rights without permission, email us at support@aitinydesk.work. We will review the request and remove videos that break these Terms.
No Affiliation
Tiny Desk AI is an independent AI video tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by NPR, NPR's Tiny Desk Concerts, Charlie Wilson, The Gap Band, or any artist, label or broadcaster. "Tiny Desk" is a trademark of its owner. "Outstanding" and all related recordings belong to their respective rights holders.
Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the service if you break these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page.
